How to Track an Ekart Shipment
For Flipkart orders: the easiest way is the Flipkart app or website. Open My Orders, tap the order, and you will see the live delivery timeline from Ekart, including the delivery agent’s details on the delivery day.
With an Ekart tracking ID:
- Find the tracking ID in your shipping SMS or email, or on the parcel label.
- Open Ekart’s official site with the button above and choose Track Order.
- Enter the tracking ID and press Track to see the shipment status.

If Ekart’s page does not recognise your number, you have probably entered the Flipkart order ID. Track it in the Flipkart app instead.
Ekart Tracking Status Meanings
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Shipment booked / Manifested | The seller or sender has created the label. Ekart may not have picked the parcel up yet. |
| Picked up / In transit | The parcel is moving between hubs. Gaps of a day or more between scans are normal on long routes. |
| Reached destination hub | The parcel is in the delivery city and will be assigned to a local delivery centre. |
| Out for delivery | A delivery agent has the parcel. It usually arrives the same day. |
| Delivery attempted / Undelivered | The agent could not deliver (address issue, no one available, phone not reachable). A re-attempt usually follows. |
| Delivered | Handed over at the address. If you did not receive it, ask family, neighbours or security, then raise a complaint. |
| RTO (Return to origin) | The parcel is going back to the sender after failed attempts or a cancelled order. |
Ekart Tracking Problems and Fixes
- Status stuck for a day or two: normal while the parcel travels between hubs, especially during sale events.
- Delivery attempted while you were home: report it from the Flipkart order page so a re-attempt can be arranged.
- Need to change the delivery date: for Flipkart orders, look for reschedule options in the order details before the parcel is out for delivery.
- Delivered but not received: check with neighbours or security, then raise it immediately from the Flipkart order page (“Need help”).
- Non-Flipkart parcel: contact the seller who shipped it; they hold the booking with Ekart.
Ekart Delivery Time
Flipkart shows an expected delivery date on every order. Metro deliveries are often 1–3 days; smaller towns and large items take longer. The date in your order page or on Ekart’s tracking page is the most accurate estimate.

Ekart is the Flipkart group’s logistics company. It delivers Flipkart orders and also works with other sellers.
Can I track Ekart with my Flipkart order ID?
Use the order ID in the Flipkart app. Ekart’s own tracking page needs the Ekart tracking ID.
How do I contact the Ekart delivery agent?
For Flipkart orders, the agent’s contact option appears on the order page on the day the parcel is out for delivery.
Why is my Ekart parcel going back (RTO)?
After failed delivery attempts or an order cancellation, the parcel returns to the seller. Contact Flipkart or the seller about a refund or re-shipment.
