These terms govern your use of courierztracking.com. By using this website you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
What this website is
courierztracking.com is a free, independent directory and reference guide for courier tracking in India. It does two things: it links you to the official tracking page of the courier carrying your shipment, and it publishes written guides about how individual courier companies work.
It is an information service and nothing more.
What this website is not
This is the most important section on the page, so we have put it near the top rather than buried at the bottom.
- We are not a courier, a logistics company or a freight forwarder. We do not accept, carry, store, sort or deliver shipments of any kind.
- We are not an agent of any courier company, and we are not authorised to act on behalf of one.
- We have no access to any courier’s tracking systems. We cannot look up a consignment, see where a parcel is, contact a driver, redirect a delivery or release a held shipment.
- We never generate shipment statuses. Any tracking information you read comes from the courier’s own website, which you reach by following a link from here.
- We cannot accept or process a claim for a lost, late or damaged parcel. Only the courier that accepted the booking can do that, and usually only the sender can start one.
If you have a problem with a shipment, the courier company is the party responsible for it. Contacting us instead will simply delay you.
Using the site
You may use this website freely for your own personal and non-commercial purposes: reading the guides, looking up a courier, and following our links to official tracking pages.
You agree not to:
- use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that could damage or overload it;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, or any connected system;
- scrape, harvest, copy or republish our written content at scale without permission;
- use automated systems to send requests to the site in a way that imposes an unreasonable load;
- misrepresent yourself as being connected with courierztracking.com.
Accuracy of information
We take real care over what we publish. Guides are written and checked by hand, and tracking links are verified before they go up.
Even so, the Indian courier industry changes constantly. Companies merge, rebrand and close. Tracking portals move to new addresses. Customer care numbers change without notice. Delivery timeframes vary by season, route and weather.
So while we work to keep this site accurate and current, we cannot guarantee that every piece of information here is correct, complete or up to date at the moment you read it. Third-party websites
Our tracking tool and our guides link to courier company websites and other third-party sites. We include those links because we believe they are useful.
We do not control those sites. We are not responsible for their content, their availability, their accuracy, their security or their privacy practices, and a link from us is not an endorsement. Once you leave courierztracking.com, these terms stop applying and the terms of the site you have arrived at take over.
Trademarks and courier names
Courier company names, brand names, logos and trademarks referred to on this site remain the property of their respective owners. They are used here only to identify and describe the service being written about, which is fair descriptive use.
Their appearance on this website does not indicate any affiliation with, sponsorship by, endorsement from or partnership with the companies concerned. We have no such relationship with any courier company.

The written guides, page text, layout and original design on this site are our work and are protected by copyright.
You are welcome to quote a short passage with a clear credit and a link back to the page you took it from. Copying a whole guide, or reproducing substantial parts of this site elsewhere, is not permitted without our written consent.

This website is free to use and is funded by advertising. Ads are served by Google AdSense and may be supplied by other advertising partners.

We aim to keep the site available and working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of the site, including any guide or any tracking link, at any time and without notice.

We may revise these terms from time to time. The revised version takes effect when it is published on this page, and the “last updated” date at the top will tell you when that was. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
