Everything on courierztracking.com is published for general information only. This page sets out the limits of what we can tell you, and it is worth two minutes of your time if you are here because a parcel has gone missing.
We are not a courier company
courierztracking.com is an independent guide. We are not a courier, a logistics operator, a delivery partner or an agent for any of them. We have never handled your shipment and we never will.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to India Post, Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, Ecom Express, The Professional Courier, Gati, Trackon, VRL, Shree Maruti, Shree Anjani, or any other company named anywhere on this website. Those names appear here only to identify the service being described.
We do not have your tracking data
We have no access to any courier’s internal systems, databases or APIs. There is no back channel.
When you use the tracking tool on this site, all it does is take you to the courier’s own official tracking page with your number copied ready to paste. The status you then read belongs to the courier and is displayed on the courier’s website. We do not generate, estimate, predict, cache or modify shipment statuses, and we never have.
If a courier’s website shows nothing, or shows something that looks wrong, we have no way to find out more than you can. The courier is the only source.
Information may be out of date
Courier networks in India change faster than most industries. Branches open and close, companies rebrand or merge, tracking portals move to new web addresses, phone numbers are reassigned, and delivery times shift with season, route, fuel cost and weather.
We check what we publish and we correct it when we learn it has changed, but we cannot promise that every detail on this site is accurate, complete or current at the moment you read it. Delivery timeframes given in our guides are typical ranges based on published information, not commitments, and your shipment may take longer.
Always confirm anything important directly with the courier.
No professional advice
Nothing on this site is legal, financial, insurance or commercial advice. Our guides describe how courier services generally work. They are not a substitute for the terms of the contract between you, your sender and the courier, and they should not be relied on in a dispute or a claim. For that, read the courier’s own terms of carriage and, if the amount involved justifies it, take proper advice.
Links to other websites
We link out to courier company websites and other third-party pages. We include these links because we think they help, and we check them, but we do not control those websites.
We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, security or privacy practices of any external site, and a link from us is not an endorsement. If a link here has stopped working or now points somewhere unexpected, please tell us at m912026g@gmail.com.
Advertising
This site is free and is funded by advertising served through Google AdSense and other partners. We do not choose which individual ads appear and we do not endorse the advertisers or their products. Any transaction you enter into with an advertiser is entirely between you and them.
Beware of imitation tracking sites
This is worth saying plainly, because it is a real problem.
A number of websites present themselves as universal courier trackers and display convincing-looking progress bars and delivery statuses that are simply invented. Some also collect names, phone numbers and email addresses in exchange for “delivery updates” that never arrive.
We do not do either of those things, and we would encourage you to be sceptical of any tracking site that:
- shows you a detailed shipment status without ever sending you to the courier’s own website;
- asks for your name, email address or phone number before it will show you anything;
- asks for a payment, a “customs fee” or a “redelivery charge” of any kind;
- displays a status that does not match what the courier’s own site says.
Your tracking number alone is enough to check a shipment on any legitimate courier website. If a site wants more than that, close it.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, courierztracking.com accepts no liability for any loss, damage, cost or inconvenience arising from your use of this website or your reliance on anything published on it, including any delayed, lost, damaged or misdelivered shipment.
Use of this site is entirely at your own discretion and risk.
