Contact Us

We read every message that comes in. Whether you have spotted a mistake on a page, want a courier added, or have a question about how this site works, this is the place.

We aim to reply within two to three working days. Messages sent over a weekend or a public holiday usually get answered the following week.

What we can help with

  • Corrections. A tracking link that no longer works, a courier that has changed its website, an out-of-date phone number or a factual error in one of our guides. These get priority, and we would genuinely rather hear about them than not.
  • Adding a courier. If you use an Indian courier we do not cover yet, tell us the company name and, if you have it, the address of its official tracking page. We will look into it.
  • Questions about this site. How we source information, how the tracking tool works, what we do with data, or anything else about courierztracking.com itself.
  • Copyright and trademark matters. If you represent a courier company and want something changed or removed, write to us and we will respond promptly.
  • Advertising and privacy requests. See our Privacy Policy for how to request access to or deletion of any personal data we hold about you.

What we cannot help with

We want to save you time, so please read this part before writing.

We cannot find, move, redirect or release your parcel. We are not a courier company and we have no connection to any courier’s systems. We cannot see where your shipment is, we cannot contact a driver, and we cannot change a delivery address.

We cannot look up a tracking number for you. We do not have access to any tracking database. The tracking number you hold can only be looked up on the courier’s own website, which is exactly what our tracking tool sends you to.

We cannot resolve a delivery complaint. If a parcel is late, damaged or lost, the courier that accepted the booking is responsible for it, and the sender is usually the one who can open a claim. Our individual courier guides list the customer care contact details for each company. Writing to us instead will only delay you.

If your parcel is the problem

Work through it in this order, it is the fastest route in our experience.

  • Track the shipment on the courier’s official website first, so you can quote the latest scan.
  • Contact the sender. They hold the booking receipt and, with most couriers, only they can raise a formal claim.
  • Contact the courier’s customer care with the consignment number and the date of booking.
  • If the parcel was booked at a local branch of a small regional courier, call that branch directly. Small networks often do not update any central system, and the branch is the only place the information exists.
