About Us

courierztracking.com is run by a small independent team that got tired of the same small problem: you have a tracking number in your hand, you know roughly which courier has your parcel, and you still end up typing the company name into a search engine, wading through copycat sites, and hunting for the tracking box once you finally land on the right page.

This site exists to remove that step.

What we actually do

We are a free directory and reference guide for courier tracking in India. Two things happen here.

First, we keep a checked link to the official tracking page of every courier we cover. You enter your tracking number, choose your courier, and we hand you straight over to that company’s own website with your number copied to your clipboard, ready to paste.

Second, we write plain-English guides to how each courier works: what its tracking numbers look like, what its status messages mean, how long deliveries usually take on its network, and who to contact when something goes wrong. Those guides are the part we spend the most time on, because they are the part that is genuinely hard to find elsewhere.

What we do not do

We think it matters to be blunt about this, because a lot of tracking sites are not.

  • We are not a courier. We do not carry, hold, sort or deliver anything. We have no depot and no drivers.
  • We do not generate shipment statuses. We have no access to any courier’s internal systems, and we never invent, estimate or guess where a parcel is. Every status you read comes from the courier’s own website.
  • We do not store your tracking number. It stays in your browser. Nothing is sent to us when you use the tracking tool.
  • We are not affiliated with any courier company. No partnership, no sponsorship, no endorsement in either direction. Company names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify the service being described.

Why the honest version is better

It would be easy to build a page that shows a moving progress bar and a confident “Out for Delivery” message. Plenty of sites do exactly that, and the numbers on them are made up.

We think that is worse than useless when you are waiting on something that matters: a passport, a medicine order, a legal document. A made-up status that says “arriving today” is not a small inconvenience. So when a courier has no public tracking portal at all, we say so, and we tell you what actually works instead, which is usually calling the branch that booked the parcel or asking the sender, who holds the receipt.

Who writes this

The guides are written and reviewed by hand, checked against each courier’s own published information and corrected when readers tell us something has changed. Courier networks in India change constantly: branches close, brands merge, tracking portals move. If you find something out of date or wrong on this site, we would rather hear about it than not.
